Welcome to Laleen. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Laleen website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. GENERAL

  • The Site is operated by Laleen, registered at Model Town, Lahore.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • You must be at least [18] years old, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • You may be required to create an account to place an order or access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
  • Laleen reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

  • All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability.
  • We make every effort to display product colors, fabric, and details accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or manual measurement of handcrafted items.
  • Prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation will apply to that order.
  • Laleen reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorized/illegal activity.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is subject to acceptance and verification by Laleen.
  • Orders may be verified via phone call, SMS, or email prior to processing.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, etc.
  • In the event of a pricing or product description error, Laleen reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after the order has been confirmed.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Shipping and delivery timelines are governed by our Shipping & Handling Policy, available at link.
  • Laleen is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. weather, strikes, natural disasters).

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available at link.
  • By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on the Site - including but not limited to logos, designs, images, text, graphics, and product photography - is the property of Laleen and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written consent from Laleen.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or Laleen systems.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or engage in activity that disrupts the Site's functionality.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Site without permission.
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or provide false information.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laleen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.
  • Laleen's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchased product shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

  • The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g. courier tracking, payment gateways) that are not owned or controlled by Laleen.
  • We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.

11. PRIVACY

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

13. TERMINATION

  • Laleen reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Laleen or other users.
