Return and Exchange Policy
Strictly follows the terms and conditions mentioned below for return and exchange:
If you receive an order with item(s) that are not in their original condition (seal opened), defective/damaged or incorrect then you can return it within 7 days of the item(s) delivery. e-Store will only accept return and exchange for purchase made from the e-Store.
If you choose to return the order, you will be required to inform our customer services department (by calling +92 323 8484 845 and/or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com). Kindly clearly mention why you would like to return your order. Please return the item(s) in their original packing.
Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our Online warehouse. If the quality team find that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in their original state then we will not be able to consider the return.
We offer customers the option of exchanging received items at our online well within 7 days of delivery with the supporting receipt.
*Accessories and discounted Items cannot be exchanged or returned.
